Bears Vs Packers Game!

Hi everyone I hope you all had a great weekend!!

I don’t know about your house but at my house every Sunday is football Sunday! This week was especially exciting because the Chicago Bears were playing against the Green Bay Packers! I went over to Brandon’s house watch the game and spend the day with his family! We had a great time!

Brandon loves to make all kinds of drinks for special occasions (for instance the Bears vs Packers game)


I got these cute glasses for him at good will for $1.99! We use them all the time!


 He is the best at making drinks. Next time I will have measure everything so I can share the recipe with you!

Our One Year!

I hope everyone is having a great week and is ready for the weekend, I know that I am! 

This week Brandon and I celebrated our one year anniversary in sweet home Chicago! This week last year Brandon asked me to be his girl friend right next to the bean in Millennium Park. So we decided to go back to Chicago for our anniversary.

Can you believe that we have been dating for a whole year? It almost doesn’t seem real after everything that has happened. I can honestly say that he is the best thing that has ever happened to me!  

As you can see here, we could not ask for a better day.  The sky was blue all day long with just as much wind as you would expect from “The Windy City”. We started off our day at the Willis Tower. It was amazing I just loved it!

Next we went out to eat at Margaritavlle in Navy Pier. It was amazing, we got their signature drink “Big Rita” and got to keep the glass as well. Yumm…so good!

When I said windy, I meant windy! But it was worth every minute just to be with someone who loves me like he does.

We spent the rest of the time at Millennium Park! Isn’t it all so beautiful?

Oh and you can’t forget about the Garrett’s Popcorn! We picked some of that up right before we headed back!

 

I can not ever describe how happy I am right now!

Happy Mother’s Day

Mother’s day is the one day a year that mothers should get all of the praise that they deserve!!  A mother is not just care giver but everything from a cook, cleaner, babysitter, chauffeur est..  A mother’s job is never!

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!!!!

60 Years!!!!

Another weekend has come and gone!

I can’t believe how fast the time is flying, Easter is next weekend!!!

This past weekend my mom and dad (From Parents Of A Dozen) hosted a surprise 60th anniversary party for my grandparents. My boyfriend (From Simplee Green) and I were the bait. My grandma came over to get her hair done and the her, myself, my boyfriend and my papa were in the basement for about a half hour. During that time, everyone that had been hiding in the bedrooms upstairs decorated the house and waited for us to finish. Need-less-to-say it was a great success!!

They couldn’t have been more surprised!!

We had balloons and decorations all over the place! Everyone had a great time!

You can’t have a party without cake, so number 8 made and decorated this cake with me!

Aren’t they just the sweetest couple you have every seen? lol

Everyone had a great time, even all the way down to number 12!!!

Number 12 Has Been Baptized!!

 

Hi, I hope you had a great weekend, because I sure did!

This past weekend number 12 (Born February 26, 2010) was baptized! Yes you read right I am one of 12 kids.  Growing up as a Catholic we take all of our sacraments very seriously and usually have a big party.

So we had a party to celebrate her entering into the faith!

My little sister (#12) What a gift from God she is!

My brother (#3) and my sister (#7) are the Godparents!!She did so well!I can’t believe how much she has grown already!!Here are all 12 of us!12 + 2 parents 14+4 Grandparents + 5 nieces and nephews + 1 brother-in-law and minus 1 sister-in-law = 24

It is always great to get together with my whole family!
