One thing that I love to eat is salad, anytime day or night! I love to mix it up and put whatever we have in the kitchen into my salads.
I always make sure to eat protein at each meal time, for this particular meal I put meat and cheese on my salad.
Whenever I go to my local deli I always ask them if they have meat or cheese ends. You get a great variety for a great price.
The lunchmeat is 0.99 per lb
And the cheese is 2.49 per lb 
I choose the meat and cheese that taste best for this particular salad.
I cut it up.
And I add it to my salad and enjoy!
How do you like to prepare your salads?
I am always looking for new things to put on my salad and I love trying new things.

ReplyDeleteWow, this looks amazing. I would have much rather of eaten this than the protein shake I just had for lunch. Don't get me wrong I do like my protein shake but sometime I just need a little substance! I contacted your sister Bonnie this morning and I think I might give the shaklee started kit a try. I have about 9 pounds left to loose to reach my goal and I just can't get there. I am hoping that this product will do the job! What do you think! Does it work for those last few stubborn pounds?

What a fantastic idea! I've stayed away from lunch meat for the primary reason that 1/2 lb of turkey is near $5. Crazy! That salad looks absolutely amazing!
