Week 2 of my Cinch Challenge!

Hi everyone, I am so sorry I didn’t write sooner but my computer was at Best Buy getting looked at by the Geek Squad!  Now that it is back and running I would like to share with you my video of my cinch challenge. This was taken on Monday, one week after I started. I am so excited because I am down 4 lbs! Yay!

Day 1 of the Healthiest Loser Cinch Challenge!

I hope everyone had a great weekend and didn’t eat too much candy!

I am so excited that today is November 1st! Today I started the Healthiest Loser Cinch Challenge. If you have never heard of it before and you would like to catch up on all of the buss, just Click here.

The first day of any diet is always the worst and the best at the same time. The worst because I don’t like see how much I weigh.  Although it is the best because I know that in a short 12 weeks I won’t be that weight anymore!

The last time I did this plan I lost 17lbs but 19 1/2 inches. I went from a size 12/14 to a size 6/8

Just to have you all help keep me accountable for my word while during this challenge, I am going to share all of my information with you.

I weighed in this morning at 155.4 lbs.

I also measured a couple different parts of my body. The reason you measure is to make sure that you can truly see how many inches you are loosing. It isn’t called the Cinch Inch loss plan for a no reason. You are going to loose inches and lots of them.

Chocolate Cinch Frape TTT # 11

 

Happy Tuesday!!
A lot of people might not agree with me about the beauty of Tuesday although it is a great day for many reasons:

1) It is not Monday!
2) It can only go up from here!
3) You know that after tomorrow the week is half over!
4) You still have some left over energy from the past weekend!
And last but certainly not least.
5) Each day you wake up is a gift from God and we should appreciate each day as if it were the last!

So on this beautiful Tuesday morning there is not a better breakfast than a home made Chocolate Chinch Frape. Filled with a rich chocolate / coffee taste and 24 grams of protein you can’t find a better or faster breakfast!

All you need is:

6 Frozen Coffee Cubes
1 Cup Milk
1 t Coco
2 Scoops of Cafe Latte Cinch Protein
1/2 t Vanilla
3 Scoops of Stevia

Blend everything together in a blender for at least 1 minutes to make sure it is fully blended!

Every week we take our left over coffee and freeze it in ice cube trays. It taste great blended with Cafe Latte Cinch!

Oat Meal Cinch

I love Tasty Tuesdays!!! I love trying new things and sharing my ideas with you!

This morning I thought I would change up my breakfast a little bit and mix my Vanilla Cinch with my oatmeal.

The best thing about adding Cinch to my meals would have to be that I eat smaller portions! Even though the portions are smaller, the portions of protein are a lot higher! Leaving me eating less and staying full!  This is an easy and delicious way to change up your breakfast!

Pour the oatmeal into a bowl.

Strawberry Pineapple Cinch Shake

Happy Tuesday! 

Today is going to be a very Tastie Tuesday!!!

With the weather getting warmer and the days getting longer what could be a better way to start your day than a delicious strawberry pineapple cinch shake?  For the few minutes where I get to sit and enjoy my drink I thinking about  sitting on a beach.

All you need:

2 Scoops of Vanilla Cinch (Click HERE to order)
1/2 cup Pineapple 
5 Frozen strawberries
1 Cup Milk
Sweeteners to taste (if desired)

Strawberry Oatmeal

 

Oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfast meals, although I always feel as if it doesn’t fill me up enough.  Because breakfast is the most important meal of the day I like to start it off right with a good source of protein. By adding my cinch protein to my oatmeal I get the best of both worlds.

Depending on the time of year you could use frozen of fresh strawberries in your strawberry oatmeal.  Cut the Strawberries into slices.

Put the strawberries in the pan with water and bring it to a boil.

Measure out equal parts of oatmeal to equal parts of water!

Cook the oatmeal as directed!

I like to add the cinch pomegranate energy tea for a little boost of energy!

I usually use 1 scoop of the strawberry cinch.

Stir in a little milk till you get the right consistency and ENJOY!!!

Holiday Eggnog Cinch Shake

 

Within the next 12 weeks I will be sharing all of my favorite kind of Cinch Shakes. One of my favorite holiday drinks is eggnog. I love taking my favorite drinks and Cinching it.  I found this recipe off of CinchClub.com and I love it!! I hope that you like it too!

1 serving Cinch™ Vanilla Shake Mix
¾ cup nonfat milk
¼ cup light eggnog
¼ tsp. rum flavored extract
Dash of nutmeg (or to taste)
Dash of cinnamon (or to taste)
4 – 6 ice cubes

Blend Cinch™ Vanilla Shake Mix, with milk, light eggnog, rum extract, spices and ice cubes in a blender until frothy. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg. Serve.

My Strawberry Cinch Shake

I have been doing the Cinch Diet for a few months now and I absolutely love it!!  I have the Cinch Shake for 2 meals out of my day, breakfast and lunch.  Most of the time I am on the go with work so I need something quick, easy and delicious.

On days when I am working, I mix one scoop of the Cinch powder with 8 to 10 oz of whole milk.

Although on my days off I like to change it up a little bit and add the powder to my  home made smoothies. 

 

 

All I need for my delicious strawberry shake is:

  • 4 Fresh Strawberries (frozen will work just as well)
  • 1/2 Cup of  Ice, about 6 pieces (if Strawberries are Fresh)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla cinch
  • 1/2 Cup of whole milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
  • A pinch of stevia (a natural sweetener)001

 

Here comes the easy part! Put everything in the blender and blend till smooth.003

 

Pour into a glass and enjoy! 004
