I am so excited that today is November 1st! Today I started the Healthiest Loser Cinch Challenge. If you have never heard of it before and you would like to catch up on all of the buss, just Click here.

The first day of any diet is always the worst and the best at the same time. The worst because I don’t like see how much I weigh. Although it is the best because I know that in a short 12 weeks I won’t be that weight anymore!
The last time I did this plan I lost 17lbs but 19 1/2 inches. I went from a size 12/14 to a size 6/8
Just to have you all help keep me accountable for my word while during this challenge, I am going to share all of my information with you.
I weighed in this morning at 155.4 lbs.
I also measured a couple different parts of my body. The reason you measure is to make sure that you can truly see how many inches you are loosing. It isn’t called the Cinch Inch loss plan for a no reason. You are going to loose inches and lots of them.
Belly Button: 34
Hips: 41 ¾
Right Thigh: 25
Left Thigh: 24 1/2
Say help to your skinny pants pile. I know we all have them; those pants that you just love that you don’t fit into any more. Well now is that time.
I just got all of my Cinch products today and I am off to a great start!
