Here’s what you do to whiten teeth naturally with hydrogen peroxide
- Clean your toothbrush with hydrogen peroxide to disinfect it
- Rinse 30 seconds to 1 minute with 3% hydrogen peroxide
- Brush your teeth in up and down motion
You’ll have to experiment with the hydrogen peroxide usage. Some people use it a few times a week, some people use it 2 times a day. Some people rinse for 30 seconds and others hold it in their mouth for 10 minutes. I usually hold it in my mouth during my morning shower!

I'm tempted to give this a shot... I've got a bottle of it in my cabinet, nothing much stopping me beside the fact that it's Peroxide!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean Sarah but as long as you don't swallow it you will be just fine. If you look at the ingredients on most teeth whitening products, peroxide is usually one of the top ingredients! :)
ReplyDeleteI am just so scared to do it! haha
ReplyDeleteI think I will try the peroxide too! :)
I am definitely giving this a try. I had to have my teeth whitened after finishing my invisalign treatment so that they could fill remaining gaps and it hurt so bad. I don't want to continue down that road again and also Peroxide is much cheaper than a $350 treatmen. Thanks a bunch:)
ReplyDeleteI never knew about this one. Thanks for sharing such wonderful and informative post. Really helps me a lot
